Administrative Maven Robin holds a B.S. degree in History from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. She has over 10 years of experience in Flood insurance as both an underwriter and a senior underwriter. She's also a music enthusiast, Denver Broncos fan and lover of quality watches.

Senior Auditor & Go-To Comedian Affiliated with the agency since 2004. Primary function is to provide guidelines for government affairs. Member of the Advisory Board. Retired civil servant with 42 years of experience. Air force Veteran. Was instrumental in the development of the first customer service center for NSA, servicing over 20,000 DOD employees. Agency's Senior Auditor and on site inspector.
